Academic interests: "Eventually, I want to work in environmental law. I'll probably focus on politics and science for undergraduate studies, because that keeps more career options open. I see myself probably working on the environmental sciences side — but who knows!"

College choice: "I didn't have any particular 'dream school' in mind. I love California, but I wanted a school where the culture would be very different, and I think the Princeton culture will be a huge learning experience."

Favorite activity during Priory years: "Actually, my whole junior year abroad. The Priory helped make it possible for me to spend the year with a family in Rennes, France. I talked everyone into it because I was envious of all the bilingual people around me here — I wanted that, too!

On the campus, I loved Model United Nations. It combines academics and thought with fun, which is my ideal life."

Academic interest: Biotechnology, because I like working with both math and science. Also, I think biotech is going to be my generation's Internet in terms of its impact on society."

College choice: "Cornell University. I might think about applying to University of California, Berkeley, for later studies."

Favorite activities at the Priory: "I've loved the class retreats, even the one in sophomore year when we couldn't leave the campus because the retreat site burned! I also really enjoy being a dorm prefect and watching the younger students mature — that's a great experience."
